Ikkikasei (Lv 6) |
Increases the number of attacks for that turn by 100%. This effect can be stacked for up to a 200% increase. |
Frenetic Fighting (Lv 14) |
Increases the maximum number of hits from 16 to 32. |
Utsusemi (Lv 4) |
An ability that allows you to evade a physical attack once. By combining it with a counterattack ability, you can avoid attacks and automatically counterattack. |
Puppet Art (Lv 10) |
This ability allows you to focus enemy attacks on a selected ally. You can designate a party member as the primary target to protect your other teammates. |
Ninjas boast abilities that not only boost attack power but also specialize in increasing hit count. For example, Ikkikasei increases the number of hits by 100% and significantly raises damage dealt. Combining this with Frenetic Fighting, an ability acquired at job level 14, expands the hit count limit from 16 to 32, significantly increasing Ikkikasei's damage output.
The Ninja is an appealing job known for its high speed and numerous attacks. With excellent evasion and dexterity, it has the potential to unleash some of the highest physical damage among all jobs as it advances. Their high dexterity further ensures consistent damage from normal attacks, adding to their strengths.
To maximize a Ninja's damage as an attacker, utilize their Dual Wield ability to equip both hands with high-attack power weapons, instantly boosting normal attack damage. Leveraging abilities like Ikkikasei, which increases the number of hits by 100% and significantly raises damage dealt, further boosts their offensive power.
Combining Ikkikasei with Frenetic Fighting, an ability acquired at job level 14, expands the hit count limit from 16 to 32, providing an overwhelming number of strikes and dramatically increasing Ikkikasei's damage output in a short turn.
For powerful elemental strikes, setting Sword Magic (Spell Fencer) as a subcommand to imbue weapons with elemental weaknesses creates a powerful tactic, allowing you to strike decisively with Brave or Ikkikasei. Given the Ninja's high dexterity, it's also effective to combine it with Hawkeye (Ranger) even when using weapons with lower accuracy.
