How to Unlock Dirty Funds
There is a small camp to the East of the Mill in White Orchard. In one of the treasure chests, you will find a letter, which begins the Dirty Funds quest. The letter speaks of a bandit camp that steals money from the poor.
Is Dirty Funds Missable or Failable?
This quest cannot be failed. If you've already looted the bandit camp before reading the letter, the quest will not activate.
Dirty Funds Walkthrough

| 1 | Head to the Mill in White Orchard. |
| 2 | Walk Eastward, off the main path till you find a camp. |
| 3 | Read the letter you find in one of the chests. |
| 4 | Follow the objective marker further Eastward till you find a camp of bandits. |
| 5 | Defeat all bandits. |
| 6 | Open the smallest chest in the main tent to end the quest. |
Dirty Funds Tips and Strategies
Take on the bandits one at a time
Try to kite them away from the others if you can. They can overwhelm when there's a lot of them but 1 on 1, they're pretty weak.
Take out the archers first
They'll be a thorn in your side while fighting melee foes. They're weak so take them down first.
Save the Deserter Leader for last
He can be easily defeated 1 on 1 with parries. Just make sure no archers and other foes are around to hit you from the side.
Is Dirty Funds Worth It?
Dirty Funds is not worth doing
We do not recommend doing this quest. The benefits that you gain from this quest are not very useful for your progression in the game. Finishing this quest will be mainly for the sake of the game's completion and to have more knowledge about the Witcher World.
