While it may seem a bit niche, you can invest into this skill if you have already built your more important skills, and have extra points to spend.

This skill can become essential if you want to max out the damage dealt by your fast attacks. The value of this skill has been undermined due to the cost in order to get this skill and the damage added from this skill does not scale well as the enemies get stronger.
