    Rune seer isn't weak as they say, it gets access to restore 4 mp per normal attacks that deals dmg passive so she can continue to spam heavy mp spells. you cant really stay at distance all the time since you will eventually run out of mp. Rune seer makes sure that you can return to distant fighting or support after a short while of melee combat
