High Performance and Versatility as a Single Unit
The strongest characters are those who have high individual performance and versatility. For example, Moonblade Morley has very high firepower. When paired with Val, Saber can be utilized so characters who can be effective with anyone are highly rated.
Easy to Progress With in the Story
Characters who make the combat easier and have abilities to defeat flying enemies are highly rated in the tier list. Characters with low Elemental Point requirements are also taken into account in the criteria.
