Use Incense to Boost Gold Gained

The most efficient way to farm money is to defeat enemies with the incense buff active. Incense is available at a cheap price at the Grizzly Exchange.

Use Incense Before Fighting Bosses and Nemeses

Strong enemies such as bosses and nemeses generally drop high amounts of XP and money. A meridian is available before boss fights, hence, it is recommended to use incense and cookies before entering the battle.

Activate Fortunefly

Fortuneflies double the amount of money obtained during its duration. Activate these fortuneflies to significantly boost money gained.

Equip Morley's Rogue Abilities

Equip Morleys Rogue Ability Pillage Plunder
Pillage Increases the amount of lucre gained at the end of the battle by 40%.
Plunder Grants a 30% more chance of acquiring 200% more lucre at the end of the battle.

Morley's Rogue class has the Pillage and Plunder abilities that further boosts Lucre gained. Plunder is an ability available early in the game, allowing a boost in money gain near the beginning.

Side quests reward a lot of money. It is recommended to clear as many side quests as possible to gain large amounts of money.

Lucre can be used to purchase stronger equipment whenever you unlock new shops. It is recommended to upgrade weapons and armor every chance you get as equipment directly affect how much damage you can deal and receive.

Silver Trophy Millionaire
Earn a total of 500,000 Lucre or more.

Earning money unlocks the Millionaire trophy. This trophy is unlocked after earning a total of 500,000 Lucre or more.

Increases Damage Dealt by Inflation

Increases the Damage Dealt by Inflation

Morley's Rogue skill, Inflation, increases in damage the more lucre is owned. Using this skill does not consume money.
