There are a total of 45 different classes available in the game. Each character has a designated class at the beginning and an additional one for each of the eight elemental vessels.

Changing Class Changes Appearance

In addition to changing a character's weapon type, stats, and abilities, changing classes is one of the ways to change your character's appearance. You may also change appearances while retaining a class's perks by wearing costumes.

Obtain Elemental Vessels

Obtaining Elemental Vessels

To unlock a class, you have to obtain and equip the Elemental Vessel according to the element tied to that class. These vessels can be found by progressing through the main quest so try to be patient when unlocking other classes.

Switching Classes

With the new Elemental Plot class system, you can now change your class at any time in the Vessel menu by swapping out your Elemental Vessel. Keep in mind that if a character does not have an elemental vessel equipped, they will default to their base class.
