You can also convert corestones that you have obtained from monsters into Niccolo Coins. You can click "Convert into Niccolo Coins" when selecting corestones.

Corestones have varying conversion rate depending on the type of enemy you defeat. A boss's corestone is more likely to convert into more Niccolo Coins compared to regular enemies.
