How to Heal and Recover HP

Meridians Fully Heal the Party

Meridians automatically heal the party to full when interacted with. It also serves as a teleporter to fast travel between areas, hence, the party is guaranteed to be at full health whenever they travel to and from places.

Use Healing Abilities

Healing spells such as healing light can restore HP both in and out of combat. Healing spells typically heal more HP than recovery items at the cost of MP.

How to Recover MP

Use HP Recovery Items

HP recovery items allow healing in combat. Equip items in the ring and shortcut menus to restore HP when meridians are inaccessible. These items can be found in golden glowing spots in the ground and in treasure chests.

Register Items in Ring and Shortcut Menus

HP Recovery Items can be registered in the Ring and Shortcut Menu through the items tab. Choose an item and select "Set to Ring Menu" to access the item via ring menu, and select "Set to Shortcut" to access it via shortcut menu.

The Ring Menu pauses the game when used, and the Shortcut Menu allows quick access of items without pausing. Note that using an item will fail if the action animation is interrupted.
