Aim for Battle Bonuses

Aim for Battle Bonuses to level up efficiently. Battle bonuses increase the exp gained after a battle after meeting certain conditions.

Players may only obtain one bonus from each group (A, B, and C). From Group B, winning a battle within 10 seconds will not provide the bonuses for winning within 20 seconds, etc.

Use Experience-Boosting Items

Using Experience-Boosting items can aid in leveling up efficiently. The Curious Cookie item increases experience gained by 10% for 10 minutes after use. Curious Cookies can be obtained from golden spots on the ground.

Activate the Valorfly

Activating the Valorfly can further boost leveling efficiency. The Valorfly doubles the experience gained for 1 minute, and is activated by interacting with the red butterfly that appear at fixed locations.

Note that the Valorfly XP Bonus cannot be carried to other maps. Moving to another map does not end the effect, but the timer remains while staying in another map.

How Does Leveling Work?

All Characters Receive the Same XP

All playable characters receive equal XP, including those outside of your 3-man party composition. Characters who join your party later in the story will also start at the same level and experience with your initial characters.

Feel free to grind XP at any point in the game, as there are no XP losses that will occur!
