Val Best Class and Character Guide
The Paladin can be unlocked after obtaining Luminal Lantern in Chapter 5.
| Abilities | Effect |
|---|---|
| Leaf Shield | Uses the power of wood to grant an ally wood elemental resistance. |
| Light Elemental Break | Unleash the power of the light spirits once your mana gauge is full. Links all enemies within the battle arena with rays of light. |
| Light of Hope | Recovers 20% HP when suffering an attack that depltes at least 20% of max HP. |
| Lucent Shield | Uses the power of light to grant an ally light elemental resistance. |
| Lucid Barrier | Uses the power of light to temporarily nullify physical damage dealt to an ally. |
| Sanctum | Any party member with HP at 20% or below suffers 70% less damage when Val's shield is fortified. |
| Scintillating Shield | Grants entire party a 30% chance of recoveing 40% of the damage Val suffers as HP when his shield is fortified. |
| Scintillating Shield + | Grants entire party a 30% chance of recovering 60% of the damage Val suffers as HP when his shield is fortified. |
| Soul Parry | Class strikes deal increased damage the less HP is remaining at time of activation. |
| Supernatural Surge | After using a class strike, recovers up to 10% max HP for any party member whose HP is below 10% and removes any status effects and stat decreases. |
