Use Slash Attacks Against Tor Marne
Tor Marne is weak against slash attacks, so it is recommended that you equip your characters with classes specializing in slash attacks and reinforce them with necessary buffs to deal effective damage against Tor Marne.
Use Divine Fist Class Careena
You could also use Careena equipped with her Divine Fist Class to dish out heavy physical damage towards Tor Marne, given that the boss is not resistant or immune to strike attacks.

Avoid the Bubbles on the Field
The bubbles scattered on the field will not cause any damage, but it will slow you down once your character comes into contact with it. Make sure to avoid them to prevent yourself from being an easy target.
Attack Tor Marne After It Extends Its Tongue
Tor Marne executes an attack where it lunges its tongue quickly towards you. This can be indicated when it inflates itself, so you can anticipate when it will strike.
Once its tongue is out, make sure to use this opportunity to deliver a counterattack and deal out some blows toward Tor Marne.
Pull Out Its Tongue Using Shade Sight
Tor Marne's tongue can actually be pulled out using Shade Sight, which can be indicated when the game prompts you to use the Dark Elemental Vessel while you're targetting its tongue.
Avoid Its Charge Attack
Tor Marne will perform a charge attack which can be indicated beforehand when it inflates itself on the battlefield. Once it prepares for the attack, prioritize dashing sideways from where the trajectory of the attack will occur.
Dodge Its Belly Slam Attack
During the battle, Tor Marne will jump into the air and slam its belly towards the ground to inflict damage. Move away from the red target markers that appear during the attack to avoid incurring damage.
