After completing the game, you can save your cleared data after the end credits. Resuming this save data puts you right before the final boss and unlocks Chapter 10, the extra story chapter.
Completing the main story gives you the Blessing of Mana ability seed as a reward. When equipped, all party members' HP will be fully restored after a battle.
New Game Plus unlocks after you complete the main story. This game mode lets you start the game from the beginning with some elements carried over.
Level/Stats | The EXP of all party members will carry over. All raised stats will also carry over. |

Elemental Vessels | All Elemental Vessels are carried over. |
Elemental Points | All Elemental Points will carry over. When starting New Game Plus, all your Elemental Points are refunded, allowing you to respec. |
Elemental Plot | The unlock state of the Elemental Plot will carry over in New Game Plus. |
Lucre (Gold) | The amount of Lucre (Gold) you have will be carried over. |
Gold Clover | The amount of Gold Clovers you have will carry over in New Game Plus. |
Items | All items you have will carry over. |
Grizzly Exchange Shop/Niccolo's Emporium | The state of both shops will carry over in New Game Plus. |
Weapons and Armor | All weapons and armor that you have will carry over to New Game Plus. This also includes equipped weapons and armor. |
Li'l Cactus Rewards | All Li'l Cactus diary entries and rewards will carry over. |
Tutorial Status | Tutorials that were shown in your previous playthrough will no longer show up in New Game Plus. |
Difficulty | The game starts with the difficulty level you choose at the beginning. You can change this any time in the settings menu. |
A new difficulty level, Expert Difficulty, unlocks after completing the main story. This is a difficulty mode that contains tougher enemies compared to Hard Mode.
Loading the cleared save data after completing the game unlocks a number of Elemental Plot Limit Break items in the Grizzly Exchange Shop.
Elemental Plot Guide and How to Expand
Completing the game and loading the cleared save data unlocks new items in Niccolo's Emporium. These include Vessels and Bonds that increase a character's ability slot and overwrite a character's status respectively.
After completing the game, you can enter the area that was inaccessible in the last dungeon from Chapter 9. This area contains a tough hidden boss, so make sure to level up all your characters to Level 80 and equip them with the best weapons and armor.
