The Soothsayer can be unlocked after obtaining Shade Sight in Chapter 5.

Soothsayer Class Abilities

All Abilities and Effects

Abilities Effect
Augury Uses the power of darkness to bestow a stat increase on a random ally.
Celestial Cycle Grants a 40% chance of silencing all enemies when battle starts.
Dark Saber Uses the power of darkness to imbue an ally's weapon with dark elemental damage.
Destined Path Grants a 30% chance of inflicting a random status effect on an enemy when using a special attack.
Fate's Command Grants a 10% chance of instantly destroying an enemy afflicted with a status effect. Does not trigger on boss monsters or Nemeses.
Hurlbat Throws a hurlbat, dealing slash and dark damage to enemy.
Phantom Blade Casts four magical blades, dealing slash damage to enemy
Wheel of Fate Increases damage by 20% when attacking an enemy afflicted with a status effect.
Wheel of Fate+ Increases damage by 40% when attacking an enemy afflicted with a status effect.
