The Soothsayer can be unlocked after obtaining Shade Sight in Chapter 5.

| Augury | Uses the power of darkness to bestow a stat increase on a random ally. |
| Celestial Cycle | Grants a 40% chance of silencing all enemies when battle starts. |
| Dark Saber | Uses the power of darkness to imbue an ally's weapon with dark elemental damage. |
| Destined Path | Grants a 30% chance of inflicting a random status effect on an enemy when using a special attack. |
| Fate's Command | Grants a 10% chance of instantly destroying an enemy afflicted with a status effect. Does not trigger on boss monsters or Nemeses. |
| Hurlbat | Throws a hurlbat, dealing slash and dark damage to enemy. |
| Phantom Blade | Casts four magical blades, dealing slash damage to enemy |
| Wheel of Fate | Increases damage by 20% when attacking an enemy afflicted with a status effect. |
| Wheel of Fate+ | Increases damage by 40% when attacking an enemy afflicted with a status effect. |
