To start the Niccolo's Purrplexing Purroblem quest, speak to Niccolo in Illystana, Capital of the Deep. He can be found at the northeast corner of his shop, Niccolo's Emporium.
Note that you need to reach Chapter 5 of the story to start Niccolo's questline.

| 1 |  Head to Dura Gorge and use the Wind Vessel to jump towards the higher platform. Defeat the 3 Harpies in the area. |
| 2 |  Exit Dura Gorge to Ahrvet's Pasture and re-enter to respawn the Harpies. Return to the high platform and defeat the Harpies again. |
| 3 |  Return to Niccolo in Illystana to report the quest. |
Harpies are weak to earth abilities. Use earth elemental abilities such as Rock Crush and Earthquake and the Earth Elemental Vessel Gnome Shovel to defeat the Harpies with ease.
