The Sovereign can be unlocked after obtaining Luminal Lantern in Chapter 5.

| Bartitsu | Increases caster's chance of stunning an enemy. |
| Cane-sational | Critical hits will lower an enemy's ATK. Does not apply to summoning magic. |
| Gentleman | Reduces physical damage suffered by the entire party by 10% |
| Gentleman + | Reduces physical damage suffered by the entire party by 15% |
| Noblesse Oblige | Grants a 40% chance of reducing physical damage suffered by 60% |
| Ratiocination | Enables normal and special attacks to ignore enemy resistances. |
| Silver Dart | Fires three silver darts, dealing slash and light damage to enemy. |
| Sleuth | Grants normal attacks a 70% chance to knock back an enemy. |
| Throwing Knife | Throws numerous knives, dealing slash damage to enemy. |
