Attack the Head to Exploit Weak Spot

Attack Gardlegrog's head to exploit its weak spot in battle. A good time to attack its head is when it performs its 3x combo attack on the ground. Once it slams both arms at the end of the combo, attack its head to stagger it.

Attack Both Legs From Behind

The legs will be the most viable targets when fighting Gardlegrog, so make sure to attack them when you get the chance. The boss will sometimes perform stomping attacks in battle, so it is recommended you attack the legs from behind Gardlegrog.

Dodge Laser Beam

Gardlegrog will often use a beam attack during battle. This can be usually indicated when it amasses energy on its head and clenches both its fists forward. Simply dodge or move away from where the head is facing to avoid being targeted by the beam.

Be Wary of Close Proximity Laser Beam

There are times when Gardlegrog unleashes a laser beam in close proximity, which can be indicated when it amasses energy on its head while one hand is raised in front and the other is lowered. Dodge away from the boss when this happens.

Avoid Beam Path on the Ground

When the laser beam hits the ground, an explosion will take place on the path of the beam as a follow-up on its initial laser attack. Avoid the beam path on the ground to avoid the incoming explosion that follows.
