The Scholar can be unlocked after obtaining Undine Flask in Chapter 2.

Scholar Class Abilities

All Abilities and Effects

Abilities Effect
Apothecary Increases the potency of items that restore HP or MP on any party member by 50%.
Apothecary + Increases the potency of items that restore HP or MP used on any party member by 80%.
Cure Water Uses the power of water to restore an ally's HP over a short period of time.
Cure Water + Uses the power of water to restore the entire party's HP over a short period of time.
Ingenuity Removes stat decreases when restoring HP with own healing move.
Remedy Uses the power of water to remove an ally's status decreases.
Spring Divinity Grants a 30% chance that consumable items used by any party member will not disappear, except when used from the menu.
Transcendent Grants a 20% chance that items will not be used up during battle.
Wade Reduces the damage that Insect, Weed, and Aquatic enemies can deal by 20% , and increases the damage that can be inflicted on them by 20%
