Task From Mayor Tor Walkthrough

	Objective
1	Talk to Mayor Tor to begin this side quest.
2	Obtain some machine gun scrap from the peddler at Junker Market: Lisab. TIP: Although you're instructed to purchase the scrap, you can instead get it as loot by defeating enemies while exploring or as you complete the main quests. This allows you to keep the 500 Zeni along with the 250 Zeni from completing this side quest.
3	Once you've obtained the machine gun scrap, head back to Spino and talk to Mayor Tor to complete this side quest.
