This Hovercar build provides enough firepower to deal with the enemies encountered above water early on. With the Dual Rocket Launcher x2's large ammo capacity and high damage, you can eliminate groups of enemies before needing to reload. How to Unlock Hovercar

Complete the Aquanium Recovery Main Quest

Hovercara Unlock - Defense System Fight
To unlock the Hovercar, progress through the main story until you reach the Aquanium Recovery Quest. During this quest, defeat the Defense System inside the Merrick Battleship to obtain the Hovercar Frame.

Once you have acquired the Hovercar Frame, complete the quest to obtain the necessary parts for crafting and assembling the Hovercar.

Hovercar Battle Tips

Use the Terrain to Your Advantage

Since the Hovercar is not affected by terrain, you can use this to your advantage. Utilize nearby water to get out of enemy range as you pick them off one by one using your rocket launcher, thanks to its long range.

The Hovercar is acquired in the game by crafting it at a garage using a vehicle frame and materials. Crafted vehicles do not come with default parts.

Additionally, you need to have parts ready to be attached to craft the vehicle. If you are missing parts, you won't be able to craft it.
