To unlock the Motorbike, players will need to progress through the game's main story until they reach the Headin' South! main quest. During this quest, players will explore the canyons and look for Ann's broken motorcycle.
Once found, players will need to defeat the boss Don Pterano before acquiring the Motorbike frame required to make a Motorbike vehicle.
In addition to the Motorbike frame, players will need to make parts suited for the vehicle at the garage with Ann. Making vehicle parts will cost materials and money so stock up on both before proceeding.
You can unlock the Motorbike by progressing through the main story until you unlock the bounty for Mad Biker Yuma. Completing this bounty rewards you with the Motorbike Frame, which you can use at the garage to assemble the Motorbike.
List of Bounties and Best Bounties to Complete
You can also unlock the Motorbike by completing the Spades Bike Race at the Race Reg.: The Spades and finishing within the time limit. Although the Motorbike has one of the least offensive and defensive capabilities, it is one of the fastest vehicles available in the game. You can use this to maintain your distance and kite enemies as you chip away their health using a variety of weapons available.
Additionally, the Motorbike is excellent for traversing around the map and exploring the area due to its speed.
Since the Secondary Weapon of the Motorbike has limited weapon motion, it is best to keep enemies in front of your Motorbike to keep them range. Practice instant turns to maneuver and face the right direction. This will allow you to effectively shoot enemies with your front-facing weapons.
