How to Get Raptor Steel

Craft at the Workshop

Raptor Steel can be crafted at workshops sometime after you have progressed through the main story. There are three ways to craft it with each option requiring different materials.

Respawn Raptor Cave Enemies

You can farm the materials needed to craft Raptor Steel, such as the Puraptor Scales, by respawning enemies at the Raptor Cave.

You can respawn enemies by resting at a bonfire which fastforwards time. It takes 1 in-game day to respawn normal enemies.

Complete Dispirited Diamond Side Quest

You can get 2x Raptor Steel as a reward for the Dispirited Diamond side quest. This side quest can be found at the start of the Speaking the Truth main quest.

How to Use Raptor Steel

Use to Upgrade Vehicles

Raptor Steel can be used to increase the level of some vehicles. Increasing vehicle level will increase their base HP, base defense, and EX Chip slots.

As an example, Raptor Steel is need to reach level 6 for the Battle Tank.

Use to Make and Upgrade Vehicle Parts

Make Parts Upgrade Parts

Raptor Steel can be used to make and upgrade vehicle parts. This can be performed at the garage with Ann.

To make vehicle parts, you first need to unlock its recipe, either by unlocking vehicles or acquiring blueprints.

Upgrading parts, on the other, will require you to have an upgradable part in your inventory. Upgrading a vehicle part will improve its stats.
