Completing this side quest unlocks the Paint Shop in Spino where you can freely change your tank's colors and decors.
Vehicle Customization Explained
Mysterious Voice becomes available once all the side quests listed above and the A Jump-bot?! Gimme! main quest are completed.
While Mysterious Voice is available upon completing Tinkerer Siblings and A Jump-bot?! Gimme!, the area where this side quest takes place will be locked and it only becomes available when you scout the hill to the south during The East Valley main quest.
