Raptor

Sand Land - Raptor

The Raptor is your mount as well as your combat companion. Sitting securely on its back, it will protect you during your journey and engage in attacks against other creatures. However, be mindful that if your mount sustains too much damage, it will run off.

Battle Tank

Sand Land - Battle Tank

Details
・For mid-to-long range.
・Can be equipped with powerful cannons and quick-fire guns.
・Shortened: BT

The Battle Tank is a vehicle suitable for battle with its high firepower, armor, and tank gun that can fire in 360 degrees. The hull and turret parts can be controlled separately, and the turret is equipped with a tank gun, which is a weapon unique to this vehicle.

Sand Land - Jump-Bot

Details
・Designed for jumping to high places, but can also be used in battle with grenades.
・Shortened: JB

The Jump-Bot, as its name implies, has the ability to jump high, allowing you to reach great heights or move across long distances. It can attack multiple enemies with its stomping attacks as it descends after jumping. In addition, it can be equipped with weapons with an area of effect.

The Motorbike is a vehicle for movement and boasts overwhelming speed. However, it can be difficult to ride due to its inability to make sharp turns.

The Car is a vehicle with balanced movement, durability, and attack power. You can equip it with a variety of weapons.

Details
・Unaffected by terrain due to hovering.
・Can be equipped with a bazooka for battle.
・Shortened: HC

The Hovercar, as the name implies, floats as its main movement mechanism. It will allow you to move through difficult terrain such as water or swamps. And its boost ability will allow it to float up to a certain height.

Details
・Designed for jumping to high places, but can also be used in battle with a bazooka.
・Shortened: RH

Similar to the Jump-Bot, the Hopper moves around by jumping. However, the Hopper can be equipped with even more powerful weapons making it good at fighting against other vehicles. However, the eccentricities of its weapons may take some time to get used to.

The Dirt Buggy is a vehicle that lets you easily maneuver with its ability to make sharp turns. You can use its mobility to effectively avoid enemy attacks. It can also be equipped with high firepower weapons such as the rocket launcher.

The Battle Armor excels in close combat with its high attack power and strong armor. It can also move objects to open up blocked pathways. You can change its arm for a variety of great moves.

Combining speed and sharp maneuverability, the Uniride is useful for exploring compact areas at fast speeds. There are also multiple modes. You can move rapidly on the ground like a motorcycle or you can hover to launch attacks on enemies from the air.

The Hoverjet is the fastest hovering vehicle, able to move across rivers and craters. However, due to its speed, it has difficulty in making sharp turns.

Details
・Unaffected by terrain due to hovering.
・Can be equipped with a grenades for battle.
・Shortened: HS

The Hoverscooter is a motorbike that moves around by floating. It has high movement speed and easy hover handling compared to other hovering vehicles. Its ability to dash like a motorcycle makes it good at running around on water.

Details
・Equipped with a powerful cannon for mid- to long-range attacks.
・Unaffected by terrain.
・Shortened: HT

The Hovertank is a hover-type vehicle that specializes in combat. It can be equipped with powerful long-range weapons. However, its movement mechanism makes aiming unsteady and will need some getting used to.

Battle Bot

Sand Land - Battle Bot

Details
・For close-range battle.
・Can be equipped with arms for powerful close-range attacks.
・Shortened: BB

Even more powerful than the Battle Armor, the Battle Bot is a battle-specific heavyweight vehicle with increased attack power. It can inflict a large amount of damage. However, it moves slowly and is difficult to maneuver. If you can master it, it will allow you to overwhelm your opponent.

How to Unlock Vehicles

Progress Through the Story

Sand Land - Progress Through The Story

Some vehicles in Sand Land are locked behind the game's story. As you progress through the main quests, you'll sporadically unlock and gain access to additional vehicles.

For example, the first vehicle you'll unlock through the game's story is the Battle Tank, which you'll acquire after the A Tank? Sign Me Up! main quest.

Make Vehicles With Ann at the Garage

During the game, you'll receive vehicle frames as rewards for completing quests. These frames will allow you to make the indicated vehicle at the garage with Ann.

However, you will need matching vehicle parts to assemble with the frame to complete the vehicle and to be able to use it.

How to Summon Vehicles

Open Capsule Menu

You can summon a vehicle or change your current vehicle by pressing the designated button that pulls up the capsule menu and then selecting an available vehicle.

As you acquire more vehicles, you will have more options in the capsule menu. And you can change the assigned vehicles in the menu by going to Ann at the garage.

Vehicle Parts

Aside from choosing your preferred vehicle, you can also customize individual vehicle parts. This allows players to further personalize their vehicles to their chosen playstyle.

In addition to weapons, you can customize engines and suspensions to affect driving performance, as well as special parts called mods and EX Chips that will provide your vehicles with special abilities.

Upgrades

By spending crafting materials in your garage with Ann, you can also upgrade the level of your vehicles which increases their base stats such as their HP, Defense, Attack, and Chip Slots.

How to Upgrade Vehicles

Paint Job

You can visit the Paint Shop to color your vehicle to your liking. You can color individual parts and add stylish decals as well.

Vehicle Customization Explained

Ally Skill Trees

In addition to vehicle customization, you can expand your vehicular combat and exploration capabilities by unlocking certain ally skills in their respective skill trees.

Some of Rao's skills can provide additional attack abilities, some of Thief's skills will help with looting and hunting items, and Ann's skills will help your vehicle become more efficient and powerful.
