Choose to Negotiate

Sand Land - Quest 8 A Jump Bot Gimme Ganda NPC

You will be presented with the choices “Negotiate or Pay up” when you talk to For in the Junker Market near the Lisab Battleship. The best choice is to simply negotiate as this lets you proceed with the quest without having to use any of your money.

After that, For will tell you about the Jump-bot you can find on the Lisab Battleship next to the Junker Market.

What Happens if you Pay Up?

Choosing to pay up will result in getting a different dialogue from For. He will return the money to you shortly and will still inform you of the Jump-bot's whereabouts.
