Ancient Silver Coins can be used to purchase items from trading posts, such as vehicle frames. However, the trading post that accepts the silver coins as payment needs to be unlocked by completing side quests first.

Complete Treasure Trek Side Quest to Unlock Trading Post

To unlock the additional trading post in Spino Town, players will need to complete the Treasure Trek side quest, which in turn can be unlocked by completing the From Lifeless to Lush side quest.
