| When using Vehicular Warfare, Rao draws hostile vehicles toward his tank. |
During vehicle combat, and for how it is a core aspect of gameplay, you will notice that enemies dish out high damage numbers. Having VW: Decoy
will give you more space and help you avoid getting blasted by multiple vehicles, possibly trivializing the encounter!

Superhuman+
is essentially an enemy vehicle debuff, slowing down their mobility and neutering their offensive capabilities. Through this, Superhuman allows you to easily aim your shots without being punished!
| Your pow-pow can shoot more ammo to incapacitate multiple foes. |
Pow-pow is Rao's only skill applicable to hand-to-hand combat, and what a game-changer it is. Pow-pow incapacitates groups of enemies, allowing Beelzebub to use his grab move consecutively.

| An elderly sheriff. Although he is just a human, he has a strong sense of justice and sets out on a journey to find the "Phantom Fountain" in order to save people suffering from a water shortage by seeking the cooperation of monsters. Sheriff Rao spurs on the main events of Sand Lands due to his righteous quest to spread the wonders of water to everyone by finding the Phantom Fountain. Rao will accompany Beelzebub in his journey, even if it means chipping away at his age and sanity through Beelzebub and Thief's pranks!
