Pale Pteranos can be found anywhere Dusky Pteranos are found, but with lower frequency.

As there are only one or two in each group, farming them can be tricky. You can force the Pale Pteranos to respawn by going to a campfire and resting, then returning to the same spot. Sometimes, you may need to rest twice for the respawn to work.
