Complete Prerequisite Quest

Go to the Stylist’s Guild to Register as a Stylist
Players will need to complete the Land of Wishes first before unlocking the first two quests of Joyful Tales.

After completing the Land of Wishes quest, head over to the Wish Carnival Party page and select the The Party's On tab. Selecting Joyful Tales afterwards will bring you to the unlocked World Quests.
