Snap! Capture the Healthy Moment Quest Location

Go to the Bullquet Temporary Observation Camp

Snap! Capture the Healthy Moment is located at the Bullquet Temporary Observation Camp, in the Breezy Meadow region of the Heartcraft Kingdom. Since you can't teleport there directly, you can head to Meadow Wharf and rent a Whimcycle to bike west towards the camp.

To unlock this quest, you'll need to complete the Go to the Dream Warehouse! quest first. Once you've done that, you'll need to complete Bullquet, Perk Up! next to unlock this quest, along with all the other quests in the Bullquet Care Day Event.

Change the Time to Day

Before you can start this quest, you'll need to change the time to day, which is around 04:00 - 22:00. To do this, you can either interact with the small light in front of the tent, or you can use Run, Pear-Pal to manually change the time.

If you use Run, Pear-Pal, remember to enable "Skip" at the bottom so that you don't have to play through the mini-game.

How to Change Time

Talk to Fournier in the Camp

Once it's daytime, you'll need to talk to Fournier in front of one of the tents in the camp. He'll talk about how he needs to be inspired to help create a new dish, and he'll ask you to show him a photo of a Bullquet with shiny fur on a leisurely walk.

Take a Photo of the Bullquet

After talking to him, teleport to the Bullquet Habitat and take a photo of the Bullquet while it's moving. Take note that the photo will not count if the Bullquet is standing still.

You should've already groomed it as part of the Bullquet, Perk Up! quest, so you don't need to do it again to make its fur shiny.

However, if you do this quest another day from when you finish Bullquet, Perk Up!, then you'll need to catch the Bustleflies and groom the Bullquet again with your Ability Outfits.

How to Take Pictures with the Camera

Give the Photo to Fournier

Once you've taken the photo with the requirements fulfilled, you'll simply need to head back to the Bullquet Temporary Observation Camp and talk to Fournier so you can give him the photo and complete the quest.
