Infinity Nikki - Vita

Head to the Fireworks Workshop and talk to Vita. She will allow you to trade in your collected Whim Balloons for different rewards.

Her shop is unlocked after clearing the Fireworks Training Step 1 Quest! She also happens to accept Dews of Fireworks!
