Mani Beetles are exclusive to the Wishing Woods, you can find a few perched on a fallen tree on the far west side of Wishing Woods to the left of the Wishcraft Lab Warp Spire.

Mani Beetle can be requested and collected in Dig, Pear-Pal, which is the game's passive material farming feature.
