Sunset and Best Friend Quest Location
Go to Abandoned District
Sunset and Best Friend is located at Abandoned District, in the region of Heartcraft Kingdom. Teleport to the Market of Mirth Entrance Warp Spire and walk north next to the Shoot-a-Scarecrow booth. Find and talk to Rainey Boots Bootie to begin the quest.

Sunset and Best Friend Walkthrough
Go to the Thuddy Squash Cabin at Windrider Mill
Use the Windrider Mill Mid-Level Warp Spire located at the west island in Abandoned District. Head towards the northwest, drop down the cliff, and keep moving forward until you see a squash cabin with a pile of leaves in front of it.
Help the Hurried PJ With Purification
Help Pajama PJ by using the purification ability of the Wind of Purity Outfit to blow away the leaves the Piecey's trapped inside in.
Wind of Purity Outfit and Evolutions
Find Diane at the Windrider Mill
Teleport to the Windrider Mill Entrance Warp Spire and head towards the north. You will find Dungarees Diane wearing a dark apron and a light brown cap in front of a squash cabin.
Deliver the Materials to Diane
Deliver two Windblooms to Diane and the Piecey will immediately make a Thuddy Squash Bedside Lamp out of it. The lamp will be a gift for Bootie.
Go to the Bathing Area to Find PJ
Go to the Bathing Area, by heading west from Diane's location and going down the cliff, to find Pajama PJ hiding behind a rock.
Use the Violinist Outfit to Soothe PJ
Use the Violin Outfit to play the violin and soothe Pajama PJ. After playing the violin, PJ calms down and readies himself to meet Bootie.
Meet Up With PJ Near the Windrider Mill
Use the Warp Spire to teleport to the Windrider Mill Entrance and meet up with Pajama PJ near the Windrider Mill.
Follow the Lyrics to Play the Silvergale Whistle

The correct color order to play the Silvergale Whistle will be dark blue, green, yellow, then red. Follow the lyrics to play the Silvergale Whistle by using your purification abilities and hitting the windmills in order.
Find Bootie at the Handsome Lads Circus Platform Before Dusk
Teleport to the Handsome Lads Circus Warp Spire and meet up with Rainey Boots Bootie. Note that this objective of the quest can only be triggered between 17:00 and 21:00.
