Chanting Cadenceborn Guide

Kilo Location

Infinity Nikki Hello, Cadenceborn! Quest Location

You'll meet Kilo once you encounter the Hello, Cadenceborn! Quest, which is pretty early in the game! You must follow the path leading to the Old Florawish Memorial.

Talk to Kilo, and the Chanting Cadenceborn should be complete! There is no need to finish the Hello, Cadenceborn quest!

A Whimstar Merchant Guide

Stray Hatty Location

Whimstar Florawish - Stray Hatter Location
Stray Hatty is located southwest of the Stylist's Guild. They sell Whimstars in exchange of Blings. There is no need to buy it, though; simply talk to them to complete A Whimstar Merchant!

Croaker Location

Infinity Nikki Power Outage Rescue Quest Location

You'll meet Croaker during the Power Outage Rescue Quest. During this quest, you'll have to go to the Mayor's Residence to find Grace, which is just southeast of Florawish. When you arrive, you'll find two croakers! Talk to them to complete Ribbit, Ribbit!

Creatures of Garments Guide

Raggy Location

Raggy Location
You'll meet Raggy at the Track the Abandoned District! Quest, which is part of Chapter 4 of the Main Storyline! Note that you don't have to finish the quest to complete the Creatures of Garments quest. Simply talking to them should do the trick!

You would also need the Floral Memory Outfit to reach Raggy! You can unlock this outfit by finishing the Wish Collector's Crisis Quest and crafting it in the Heart of Infinity Guide.
