Who is Ena the Curator?

Was Awoken by Nikki

At the start of the game, Nikki was in the attic trying to find something to wear for a graduation. Eventually, the Threads of Reunion Outfit called her to another world. The echoes of the owner taught her how to use Whim and led her to Ena.

Imprisoned for a Thousand Years

Once Nikki reached Ena, she was chained, and she mentioned she had been trapped for a thousand years since the Heaven Fall.

She mentioned ''dancing'' with the previous owner of the Threads of Reunion outfit, then gave the Heart of Infinity to Nikki before sending her to Miraland.

Lose Something Due to the Power

Ena mentioned that Nikki will get immense power from the Heart of Infinity, but she will also lose something.

Its possible that Ena have died from those esselings or bound again by chains. It feels like those chains protected her and the breaking of chains got her dead by now. Anyone who knew more should share some light regarding this ^^,
