Go to Great Wishtree Square During the Day to Buy Wishing Items

After getting out of the Stylist's Guild during the Land of Wishes main quest, head down to the Wishtree and find Giovanni.

A brief cutscene will occur and you will receive a Wishflight Paper.

Help Ruby and Jean Hang the Wish Bottle During the Day

After getting the Wishflight Paper from Giovanni, head over to the Great Wishtree at the center and use this on it.

A brief cutscene will ensue and you will then be tasked to help create a Wish Bottle.
