Hunt Objectives

| 1 | Petitioner is the peculiar seeq thief in the Garamsythe Waterway. She will order you to hunt down the Orthros for her that she may make amends. |
| 2 | Find the Orthros at the Southern End of the Garamsythe Waterway (Southern Sluiceway). |
| 3 | Make the monster Orthros appear by leaving only three females in your party to draw it out. Switch back at once to defeat it. |
| 4 | The Orthros will drop the 'Stolen Articles' item upon defeat. |
| 5 | Head back to the seeq thief after finishing the Orthros off, where she will reward you with items. The original owner, Samal, will give you some items as well. |
The Contrite Thief
The seeq thief is a rather comical thief who will be caught by the children of the Garamsythe Waterway. She will be seen quivering on the floor in the Storehouse, where you can talk to her to receive the quest.
Diamonds are a Girl's Best Friend
The Orthros is a monster with a special condition. In order to draw it out, you have to have an all-female party. Proceed to the Southern Sluiceway with the party and it will try to get the drop on you. Switch out as needed to take it out.
Orthros Drops and Locations
The Stolen Articles
Once defeated, the Orthros will give up the Stolen Articles item. Bring it back to the seeq thief, who will then return it to Samal. Both will reward you for finishing the quest for them.
The Blackened Fragment
Aside from the regular items, Samal will also hand over a special item, the Blackened Fragment. He also relates a story connected with the Miscellaneous quest for the Medallion, details of which are available further through the button below:
