| "The Babel Tower will fall, will fall, it's about to fall..." This is an ancient nursery rhyme from Obed, and no one knows why someone would curse this magnificent tower or why this simple tune has persisted through the ages. For centuries, this ominous song was dismissed as nonsense, but when Director Cosmos took office, it finally became a reality. As history advances inexorably, humanity is on the brink of the space age. Members of Eme-an reached a consensus early on: when humanity witnesses the full view of the planet beneath their feet, we must retreat entirely into the shadows of history, along with the Babel Tower and the Library of Babel. Our fellow earthmen believed the ground beneath them was solid as a rock, but in reality, it is a lonely boat sailing on a fine thread over an abyss, and we hold the rudder to some extent. As the Babel Tower fades into obscurity, we must be prepared to eliminate all uncontrollable variables, maintaining the stability of the world line to the greatest extent possible. Cosmos entrusted this task to me, likely because I have witnessed more history than anyone else in Eme-an, making me the most suitable to perform this historical surgery. I devised a grand blueprint: systematically replace public domain information, re-edit records in public archives, subtly influence key individuals to alter their memories and relationships, and write new explanations for various relics. Eme-an meticulously filters out people and information related to the Babel Tower, striving to eliminate potential contradictions that may arise after its disappearance. I do not see this as a deception. Whether the Babel Tower exists or not, humans interpret the universe they see according to their own wisdom. If a new narrative system can completely eliminate the concept of the Babel Tower and remain entirely self-consistent, then it becomes true history, just as non-Euclidean geometry denies the fifth postulate and gives rise to a whole new mathematical system. |
| Third Story |
|---|
| Many of my friends have disappeared from my world, either missing or presumed dead. "Madman" Tasny is a particularly special one. He left me a long time ago, but his memory remains as vivid as yesterday. Many years ago, Tasny and his wife embarked on a journey of no return. For others, this would be seen as a solemn and glorious event, but their demeanor was more like children excited to visit an amusement park. I never expected Tasny to return, let alone with two infants. When I saw him again, he looked terribly haggard. Besides the sleeping twin babies in swaddling clothes, he brought back Sally. He asked me to take care of his children and Sally. Tasny told me that these children, born in the library, were like floating balloons; until they had enough weight to ground themselves, I had to be the tether keeping them from drifting away. I didn't bother trying to understand his "mad talk." Experience had taught me that it was pointless to ask. But when I asked about his wife, Tasny shook his head frantically, his expression a mix of laughter and tears: "She is nearing the end, nearing the end, nearing the end..." "What do you mean by the end? Has she found—" "No, no, no, her path does not lead to our end." Tasny waved his hand repeatedly. "You know there are anomalies even in the library? Anomalies within Anomalies, haha! Her end is an anomaly within an anomaly! But these two children—these two children—are innocent! They have inherited our blood, and they are bound to follow in our footsteps!" he said, wiping tears from his eyes. "If you want the children to stay away from anomalies and the Secret Alliance, I can send them back to the mortal world. I promise they will grow up healthy," I offered. "You can't do that. They are miracles born in the library; their talent surpasses what you and I can comprehend." Tasny grinned, "I know, I know, I know... part of the library has found a new form of existence in them, just like their mother. I struggled to bring them and Sally back... Oh, you must keep this a secret from them, okay? When they set out to follow in our footsteps, they will think they are following me, but in reality, they are searching for their mother—this must also be kept secret, okay?" Those were the last words "Madman" Tasny spoke to me. After that, I went on a mission, and when I returned, Tasny was no longer in the Babel Tower. No one knew where he went, and no records could trace his whereabouts. |
| Fourth Story |
|---|
| Immortality is not a beautiful thing. It is more like a soft noose, a sweet poison, but one day, it will reveal its cold and deadly true nature. I say this because I have witnessed true eternity. And it turned me into a small fragment of itself. To be honest, I don't remember much of the specifics. I only recall a red wilderness and the moon hovering above it. Then, the moon opened its single eye. My memory seems to begin there, with everything before and after dissolving into a fog of nothingness. It must have been some sort of anomaly. I spent a lot of effort searching through the archives of Eme-an and C.A.V.E. but found nothing. From the time of Elish to the present, there has been no record resembling it. Such cases are not uncommon, for small-scale anomalies that only appear to a single witness. But as the years passed, another part of my memory began to surface, gradually becoming clearer. I remembered the eerie lunar phases that swept across the moon’s surface as if it were blinking. Around that time, my body began to undergo the same cyclical changes, making me realize that I had become part of that indescribable "eternity", allowing me to linger in the human world for a long time. As those who lived in the same era as me gradually passed away, I found myself increasingly isolated in history, and the hope of uncovering the truth grew more distant. But I have a premonition that the one-eyed moon will one day gaze upon me again from above the wilderness, and that will be the day the noose tightens and the poison takes effect. |

| Ancient Mark Layout |

Nanna functions similarly to other secondary DPS units where she benefits most from Critical Hit Rate, Critical Damage, and Elemental Anomaly Mastery. With her skill giving you access to more Dark damage while she's off the field, she is able to stack Erosion quickly and efficiently.
Outstanding Herbalist is a great 10-piece mark that synergizes with her to increase the damage done by your main DPS specifically. Golden Branch increases the rate of elemental build up which is also great with her, since she can self-sufficiently proc Erosion well.
Terracotta General increases her overall damage output since her skills are classified as Chase damage. Lastly, Shining Star is added to increase the charge rate of her Ultimate Skill allowing her to swap in or out more efficiently.
This Ancient Mark recommendation was made based on the assumption that all characters involved have the 5-star version of their weapons.

| Skill | Explanation |
|---|---|
| Full Moon Blessing | The top upgrade priority, this skill enhances the damage of Nanna's Orbiting Blade and the spinning attack from her passive ability. |
| Lunar Waltz | Upgrade this one to increase the damage of her second skill's basic and enhanced version. |
| Crescent Spin | Nanna's first skill—one of the important skills to upgrade, as it is always cast to trigger her passive ability. |
| Moon Summon | Not necessarily essential to upgrade, but it provides a burst of damage against enemies. |
| Lunar Glow | Nanna's Combo skill instantly activates her passive, summoning her Orbiting Blade. However, the Orbiting Blade's damage depends on the passive skill upgrade. |
| Crescent Blades | Not necessary to upgrade; it's better to pass her Orbiting Blade to another character. |
The skills listed here have been arranged in order of priority, with the topmost skill being highest priority.
Nanna's bread and butter is activating her passive ability, which summons an Orbiting Blade. Her first and second skills can also be upgraded, as they deal damage and trigger her passive. Meanwhile, upgrading the remaining skills is optional.
| Breaker (First Strike) |
Breaker | Destruction |

Nanna

Logos

Florence
|
Nanna serves as the team's First Strike, swiftly activating her passive ability to summon an Orbiting Blade that damages enemies for 15 seconds. Following this, switch to Logos to trigger her passive, summoning Notes that inflict damage over 10 seconds. Once both passives are active, transition to Florence to engage the remaining enemies. The passives of Nanna and Logos effectively eliminate weaker foes, allowing Florence to focus her skills on stronger enemies.
After several rotations, their ultimates will become available. Queue them to deliver a short burst of high damage to enemies.
Given their elemental alignments, which inflict damaging Elemental Anomalies, you can swiftly dispatch enemies while also applying Elemental Overload to tougher opponents.
If you unlocked Logos' Talent 2, her Notes will also provide a healing effect to the team each time it attack enemies.
| Character | Explanation |
|---|---|
Ming | Breaker Ming's second skill, Gleaming Light, enhances the team's damage-over-time (DoT) capability. Along with Nanna's passive, your DPS characters can focus on stronger enemies on the battlefield. |
Hephae | Assist A fully upgraded Hephae can enhance the Elemental Anomaly, allowing Nanna and your DPS character to trigger Elemental Overload on enemies more quickly. |
Viola | Breaker Viola is also a great combination with Nanna, as she can lay down two electric fields that damage enemies over time. However, you must carefully consider where she places these fields to maximize their coverage of the battlefield. |
| Breaker | Assist (First Strike) |
Destruction |
|---|---|---|
Nanna
|
Zero
|
Wushi
|
In this team, Nanna will support Wushi with her Orbiting Blade, while Zero will enhance his attack through her second skill. The rotation begins with Zero as the team's First Striker, casting her second skill to boost the team's damage output. After that, Nanna will switch into the battlefield to activate her passive, summoning an Orbiting Blade that surrounds her and other frontline characters. Once the ATK buff and Orbiting Blade are in effect, switch to Wushi to handle the remaining enemies.
Once their ultimates are ready, queue them to unleash high damage on enemies within a short period.
Since Nanna and Wushi share the same Dark elemental alignment, it will be easier to trigger "Dark Corrosion," which deals additional damage to enemies based on the damage inflicted by the frontline unit during its duration. Meanwhile, Zero's alignment inflicts the "Glare" state, which damages enemies after a set period of time. With these two elemental alignments, you can potentially trigger Elemental Overload.
| Strengths | |||
|---|---|---|---|
|
• Summons an Orbiting Blade that surrounds a character and damages enemies in a wide area for a set duration. • Applies the Dark Elemental Anomaly "Corrosion," causing enemies to take additional damage equal to the amount dealt by your characters during its duration. |
|||
| Weaknesses | |||
|
• Requires you to pick up the Moon Blade to activate her passive ability, which becomes more challenging when facing multiple enemies. • The Moon Blade might sometimes land off-screen, making it harder to predict where to pick it up. |
Nanna is a powerful Breaker who deals damage through her passive ability, Full Moon Blessing, which summons a Rotating Blade around your frontline character. However, activating her ability requires precise prediction skills and is sometimes ineffective due to her Moon Blade falling off-screen.
Nanna's combo sequence is quite short but requires precise timing and prediction skills. Essentially, you must quickly pick up Nanna's Moon Blade to activate her passive ability manually or through her enhanced first skill.
Pay close attention to where the Moon Blade lands, especially when fighting multiple enemies.
Cast Nanna's first skill, Crescent Spin. She will throw her Moon Blade forward, and if it hits an enemy, it will fall in a random area near the struck enemy.
Keep in mind that if you fail to pick up the Moon Blade, it will return to Nanna after some time. This will not activate her passive ability.
Cast Nanna's enhanced first skill, hitting an enemy with a melee attack. Then, quickly move your joystick in the direction of the fallen Moon Blade to automatically catch it midair, triggering Nanna to perform a spinning attack.
Picking up the Moon Blade activates Nanna's passive, Full Moon Blessing, which summons damage-dealing Orbiting Blades around her for 15 seconds.
If you successfully activate Nanna's passive, her second skill will also be enhanced. Quickly cast it to deal additional damage without consuming any Vigor.
Using this skill marks enemies with Lunar Mark, causing them to take increased damage from Nanna's Orbiting Blade.
Once you finish Nanna's combo, switch to a carry or support to deal damage or buff the team.
Nanna's Orbiting Blades will remain active even if you switch to another character, as long as their duration hasn't expired.
Once their ultimates are charged up, queue them to unleash a quick burst of damage on enemies.
| Combo |
|---|
| Crescent Spin → Crescent Spin Enhanced Version → Pick Up Moon Blade → Lunar Waltz Enhanced Version → Switch Character |
The focus of this combo is to activate Nanna's passive ability as quickly as possible and then switch to another character. You can also skip casting Lunar Waltz's enhanced version, but you will miss the additional damage the Orbiting Blade can deal through its Lunar Mark.
| Combo |
|---|
| Lunar Waltz Basic Version → Crescent Spin → Crescent Spin Enhanced Version → Pick Up Moon Blade → Lunar Waltz Enhanced Version → Switch Character |
This combo aims to maximize Nanna's damage potential by casting her second skill first before executing her combo sequence. Keep in mind that Nanna's second skill cannot be used once she has thrown her first skill.
| Combo |
|---|
| Activate Burst State → Switch Character |
This combo allows Nanna to summon her Orbiting Blade instantly and quickly switch to another character. Additionally, switching transfers the Burst State to another character. Although Nanna's Burst State allows her to throw her Moon Blade each time she activates her passive, the conditions for activation are not ideal, making it more effective to switch to a carry or support unit.
| Potential | Explanation |
|---|---|
| P2 | This is the most important upgrade, as it increases Nanna's Orbiting Blade damage by 35%. |
| P3 | This potential increases Nanna's overall damage by 10% for 15 seconds after she picks up the Moon Blade. |
| P1 | Further increase your damage potential by boosting the damage of your first skill by 100%. |
| P6 | This is a powerful potential that increases your attack damage by 20% during Full Moon State and enhances the passive's spinning attack. |
| P5 | Not necessary to upgrade. This potential provides a powerful debuff that reduces enemy resistance by 50%, but it can only be used after casting Nanna's ultimate skill. |
| P4 | Not a priority upgrade, but useful for increasing the levels of your skills by 2. |
Some potentials were removed due to only being useful for Skill Enhancement or are still being assessed.
