List of Contents

Babel Tower mode is a mini-game where you must rebuild the eponymous tower and its facilities. Unlocking and upgrading these facilities provides important features for your playthrough such as farming Clarity and upgrade materials.

Babel Tower can be unlocked by completing Main Story Chapter 3-18. Once unlocked, it will appear in the picture frame at the top left of the home screen menu.

Once you have unlocked Babel Tower mode, you must begin building facilities and upgrading existing ones. To do this, you must collect a resource called Tower Sand to unlock upgrades and raise your Seer Level to unlock new ones.
| Babel Tower Level | Requirements |
|---|---|
| I | Automatically unlocked |
| II | 500 Tower Sand and Seer Level 15 |
| III | 1000 Tower Sand and Seer Level 20 |
| III | 1500 Tower Sand and Seer Level 25 |
| III | 2000 Tower Sand and Seer Level 30 |

Field Station is where you dispatch your characters on timed missions. There are regular and special missions, both of which offer different rewards. You can also send characters here to obtain unclaimed treasure chests in Main Story missions.
Regular missions are categorized as A-grade, B-grade, and S-grade missions, which reset daily. S-grade missions allow three characters to be assigned, A-grade missions allow two, and B-grade missions allow only one. These missions take six real-time hours to complete and serve as the primary way to obtain Clues, item reward based on dispatched characters. Additionally, these missions are the main method for collecting Tower Sand, the resource used for unlocking and upgrading Babel Tower and its facilities.

Meanwhile, there are special missions consisting only of S-grade missions that reset every Monday, take 12 hours to complete, and require three characters and five Clues to initiate. The rewards for S-grade missions, depends on the assigned Clues. For example, assigning the Memory - Scholarly Land Clue adds 6000 orelium as a reward. You can use similar clues to increase the reward amount.
Moreover, these missions may require specific characters, such as those who use the Thunder element or belong to the Breaker class. Activating a Clue related to them will further increase the chances of obtaining a Clue after the mission.
| Field Station Level | Field Station Upgrades | Requirements |
|---|---|---|
| I | Automatically unlocks Field Station | - |
| II | Daily limit for dispatching A-grade missions increased by 2 | 800 Tower Sand and Babel Tower Level 3 |
| III | Daily limit for dispatching S-grade missions increased to 1 | 1800 Tower Sand and Babel Tower Level 5 |

Unlocking the Celestial Orchard allows you to farm Clarity points as long as you have a full Clarity charge. Upgrading it increases the amount of stored Clarity points.
In the game, your maximum charge is 240 Clarity points. However, the Celestial Orchard can passively collect and store 30% of any excess Clarity points.
| Celestial Orchard Level | Celestial Orchard Upgrades | Requirements |
|---|---|---|
| I | Unlocks Clarity Storage with a capacity of 100 points | 200 Tower Sand and Babel Tower Level 1 |
| II | Storage capacity increased to 200 points | 800 Tower Sand and Babel Tower Level 2 |
| III | Storage capacity increased to 300 points | 1800 Tower Sand and Babel Tower Level 3 |
| IV | Storage capacity increased to 400 points | 3000 Tower Sand and Babel Tower Level 4 |
| V | Storage capacity increased to 500 points | 5000 Tower Sand and Babel Tower Level 5 |

In the Trade Station, you can passively generate Orelium and common upgrade materials. Upgrading it unlocks additional trade slots and new materials. You can also spend Tower Sand to reduce the time needed to acquire the maximum amount of materials.
| Trade Station Level | Trade Station Upgrades | Requirements |
|---|---|---|
| I | Trade Station unlocked and can trade orelium | 400 Tower Sand and Babel Tower Level 2 |
| II | Unlocks a second trade slot and allows trade of Proof of Search of Knowledge | 1600 Tower Sand and Babel Tower Level 3 |
| III | Unlocks a third trade slot and allows trade of Fire of Hephae - Small | 2800 Tower Sand and Babel Tower Level 4 |

The Workshop unlocks the Merge feature and reduces Orelium costs for merging as you upgrade it.
| Workshop Level | Workshop Upgrades | Requirements |
|---|---|---|
| I | Automatically unlocks Workshop | - |
| II | Reduces orelium cost of merging materials by 50% | 1000 Tower Sand and Babel Tower Level 2 |
| III | Reduces orelium cost of merging materials by 80% | 2500 Tower Sand and Babel Tower Level 3 |
| IV | Merging materials do not consume orelium anymore | 5000 Tower Sand and Babel Tower Level 4 |

Babel Tower's Celestial Orchard is a great way to passively farm Clarity points. You can use Spherical Fruits or let it generate points on its own to reach the maximum Clarity charge and trigger the accumulation of excess points.

Unlocking and upgrading the Trade Station allows you to stockpile common upgrade materials at no cost, letting you save rare ones for high-level characters. Additionally, it helps you avoid spending Clarity points on missions to acquire these materials.

Although the amount of Rune Shards rewarded in the Field Station is not high, you can repeatedly take S-grade dispatch missions to farm this item. Be sure to use the right set of Clues and characters to maximize your rewards.
Keep in mind that the S-grade dispatch mission resets weekly, so you'll have enough time to collect Clues from A and B-grade missions.
