Make Fanart, Videos, or Game Guides for Amazing Prizes
The Head Librarian Contest, one of Black Beacon's first-ever community events, is now here!
Until May 29, 2025, 23:59 (UTC+0), all Global server players can submit their Fanart, Videos, and Game Guides for Black Beacon for a chance to win not only Rune Shards, but cash rewards!
Head Librarian Contest Event Mechanics
1. Post Your Work on Social Media
Submit your original Fanart, Video, or Game Guide on your preferred platform (Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, or X).
Don’t forget to include the required hashtags in your post: #BlackBeacon #BB #BlackBeaconFanArt #BlackBeaconVideo #BlackBeaconGameGuide
2. Fill Out the Submission Form
Fill out the Submission Form with a link to your post to officially enter the contest. Submissions will only be accepted between April 22, 2025, to May 29, 2025, 23:59 UTC+0.
Remember to complete the form with your information to reserve the right to claim the rewards in case you win.

3. Do Not Forget to Check Black Beacon's Community Event Policy
Before posting your work, make sure you have read Black Beacon's Community Event Policy. Some of the rules in it include legal age requirements, a prohibition on using multiple accounts to receive additional rewards, and other important rules. So make sure to check it out!
Also, participants should remember that all entries must be original and related to Black Beacon. Plagiarized or AI-generated work, or entries mixing other games, will not be accepted.

Rewards for Top 3 Winners in Each Category
The top 3 winners in each category (Fanart, Video, Game Guide) stand to receive the following rewards:
- US$100 PayPal cash reward
- Rune Shard x 3,000
Rewards for 10 Lucky Winners From All Categories
Meanwhile, 10 other contestants across all categories stand to win 500 Rune Shards.
Reward Reminders
All participants must follow the event rules to be eligible for the rewards. Also, prizes offered in this event cannot be exchanged for cash or its equivalent. The Black Beacon Team also reserves the right to modify or terminate the event’s schedule, content, or rules without prior notice.
