How to Reroll
Rerolling Can Take from 15 to 20 Minutes

| Step 1: Sign in as a Guest. Step 2: Play through the game until you unlock the Retrieval feature after clearing Chapter 1-4. Step 3: Gather enough Lost Time Keys, Time-Seeking Keys, and Rune Shards. Step 4: Pull From the Permanent and Limited Banners. Step 5: Restart from Step 1 if you didn't get your desired character. |

The positioning of characters within their own tiers is in no particular order whatsoever. This tier list was made before bugs surrounding certain characters' skills were discovered.

Ranking Explanations

These characters offer top-tier damage or utility right from the early game, even without duplicates. They remain strong well into the late game and can easily become the centerpiece of teams built around 4-Star or Standard 5-Star units. They also perform well without needing their 5-Star signature weapon, making them excellent choices for new accounts and rerolling. |

A tier characters are solid options for secondary damage or support roles. While they are still valuable additions to many teams, they may require duplicates or specific weapons to fully unlock their potential. Still, they can shine in the right team setups. |

These characters offer limited early-game damage or utility and often need significant investment to be viable, such as duplicates or specific team synergies. They’re not ideal to reroll for unless you have experience with the game and a clear plan for how to build them in the long term. |

C tier characters generally require heavy investment - such as multiple copies and high-end weapons - to perform well. While they can be useful for experienced players with the right resources, they are not recommended as reroll targets for new or low-spending players. |

S Tier Characters

 Li Chi
|
• A potentially powerful DPS that requires careful timing to maximize his skills. • Though his skill rotations require some skill to learn (to fill his Rage meter as fast as possible), his Godfall Fury AoE attack more than makes up for the effort. • Strong even at one copy, he can be further upgraded to make the most out of his abilities. His only downside is that he requires healing, as performing his skills cost his own HP. • A good DPS alternative if you didn't manage to get Florence, as Ninsar and Asti (both free units) can cover his weaknesses. |
 Qing
|
• Acts similarly to Florence when it comes to being a DPS, with the only differences being her element (Water) and the length of her skill rotation. • Recommended to get for players who missed Florence's banner or want a Water DPS, though her skills require more player skill in terms of targeting (Qing's skills need to hit enemies before she gets their upgraded versions in battle). |
A+ Tier Characters

|
• A good debuffer that can weaken an enemy's damage resistance, making them take more damage from your DPS. • Her debuffs are available from the get-go, and it's easy to learn how to expend her skills before switching her out for your main DPS carry. |
 Hephae
|
• A good support and damage dealer disguised as a tank, Hephae is very useful if you already got your hands on Fire DPS units like Florence, as she can help the latter deal more damage and raise her damage resistance - meaning that Florence takes less damage while pulling off her skills. • She's also one of the few characters with high Elemental Mastery, which enables Hephae to raise the damage of elemental anomalies inflicted by all members of the team. |
 Ming
|
• Another Fire support that's "ready to go" once acquired. Just like Hephae, she's a good supporting character for Fire DPS units like Florence, as she can help her build up Elemental Anomaly and deal extra damage to enemies through that. • She can wrap herself (and the character she gets switched with) in a cloak of fire that damages enemies. |
A Tier Characters

|
• A good support character with a passive skill that allows her to damage enemies even when she is not the active character in the field. • Good for teams centered around one DPS unit that needs little to no switching out. • Already useful at one copy, she only needs another copy to maximize the damage dealt by her passive. |
 Logos
|
• Another good support character that can also act as a secondary DPS, Logos puts down Notes that passively heal her allies and deal damage to enemies. • She requires minimal investment (a portion of her useful support skills are only walled behind Breakthrough Levels), and her skills are easy to learn and use effectively. However, unlocking her full potential (especially her ability to revive one fallen ally in battle) will require extra copies. |
 Ninsar
|
• A primarily support-focused unit that provides shields for her allies in the early game. But eventually, she grows into a hybridized support/secondary DPS when fully upgraded, allowing her to do away with mobs and even bosses with her ultimate skill. |
B+ Tier Characters

|
• A Dark element DPS that can potentially deal good damage, but needs further investment to truly shine (and take full advantage of her Elemental Anomaly, Dark Corrosion). Because of this, she is not as recommended to get as other DPS's in the early game, though players will still get mileage out of her abilities if they do. |
B Tier Characters

 Nanna
|
• Provides secondary DPS support by having two blades spin around her and the character she switches out with. It can be a little tough to use effectively since she has a sword pickup mechanic that she needs to deal with in order to pull this off. But otherwise, she is a serviceable secondary DPS that can be a good supporting unit for Dark DPS units like Ereshan. |
C+ Tier Characters

|
• Can do her job of being a DPS well enough - being simple to use and fairly powerful in her own right, on top of being a 4-star (which means it's easier to get copies for her and raise her potential). • Compared to other DPSs, Xin offers little to no other utility compared to standard 5-Star DPS's (Ereshan, for example, can teleport). |
C Tier Characters

• Though his ability to set up spinning energy ball traps is good in theory, in practice it can be hard to lay down an energy ball and lob it at enemies in the heat of battle. • His Elemental Anomaly, Stasis, freezes enemies which could help if you have a hard time targeting a particularly fast enemy but it would be better if you could eliminate them faster instead. |
 Wushi
|
• Could have been a decent DPS to get in the start, though hampered by his long skill rotations, which can be hard to pull off in the heat of battle, leaving him more vulnerable to enemy attacks. |
