Logging out of your account

Learn how to securely log out of your Black Beacon account, whether you're using the title screen or switching devices. This guide also covers important reminders for guest accounts and avoiding accidental data loss when logging out.

How to Log Out of Your Account

Log Out From the Title Screen

When you open the game, tap the screen once to make sure it loads your account data.

You will know your account data is loading if you see a spinning red circle on the lower right-hand corner of the screen.

Tap the Log-out Button on the top right-hand corner of the screen.

You will then be asked to confirm whether or not you want to log out. Tap Confirm to continue the log-out process.

When you try to log in again, the game will ask you for new log-in options. Here, you can either use your old account, switch to another account you have using a different method (Google, Apple, or Facebook), or log in with a Guest account.

Logging Out of a Guest Account Will Permanently Delete the Account

Logging out of your account

If you log out of a guest account before linking it to a permanent account (e.g., Google, Apple, or Facebook), the guest account will be deleted.

This may be useful for rerolling your account at the beginning, but you might inadvertently delete your progress if you forget to link your guest account to a permanent one.
