Pre-Registration Rewards Issue Resolved

Black Beacon's devs have fixed an early outage of the game's Pre-Registration Rewards for new players. Read on to learn when the issue was resolved and what this means for new players.

Pre-Registration Rewards Issue Resolved
All Eligible Players Can Redeem Pre-Registration Rewards
Black Beacon's development team announced on Monday that an issue with new accounts unable to receive the game's Pre-Registration Rewards has been resolved.
On the game's official Twitter (X) page, the team behind Black Beacon said that all eligible Seers should be able to claim their rewards, which are made up of:
- Time-Seeking Keys x10
- Lost-Time Keys x10
- A copy of the 4-Star Dark Character Ninsar
- Development Material Box x5
- Orelium x30,000
This would give players not only 10 free pulls from the game's permanent banners that host Standard 5-Star characters, but 10 pulls from the game's limited banners. The current banner, Holy Oath Blossoms, features Florence, a powerful Fire DPS character.
The issue with the game's Pre-Registration Rewards started on Sunday, when several players reported through the game's official Discord that they were not receiving Pre-Registration Rewards for their new accounts, despite the event not officially ending yet.
With the issue resolved, all new players who sign up for Black Beacon before April 23, 2025, are entitled to Pre-Registration Rewards. These rewards were given out after the game received 1 million pre-registrations before its release on April 10, 2025.
