| Faction | Eme-an |
| Birthday | November 12, Year 39 |
| Background | |
| A member of Eme-an and the granddaughter of Cosmos, the former director of the Babel Library, Ereshan was once the highly anticipated successor of Cosmos. Outstanding and diligent, her fate took a sharp turn when Cosmos personally stripped her of her inheritance rights after Zero's arrival, leading to a significant change in her personality. Embracing her true self, Ereshan is now heading toward a new destiny. | |
| First Story |
|---|
| Ereshan, a member of the Eme-an and a librarian at the Library of Babel, is the granddaughter of the former director, Cosmos. Before Zero joined the Eme-an, everyone assumed that Ereshan would naturally succeed her grandfather as the director. Ereshan herself lived with this goal in mind, working diligently every day to be more like her grandfather. However, when Cosmos unexpectedly adopted Zero and named her as his successor, Ereshan’s life was torn in two. Before that day, she was an outstanding and dedicated librarian. Afterward, she began to show a more cynical side of her nature. Ereshan made no effort to hide her disdain and stopped referring to Cosmos as her grandfather from the moment Zero arrived. She started taking long-term assignments away from the Babel Tower, avoiding returning whenever possible. To those around her, the once familiar granddaughter of the director had transformed into the enigmatic and unpredictable young woman known as Ereshan. All records of her past were personally destroyed by her when she bid farewell to the tower. However, if the opportunity arises in the future, you might try asking her about the story of her life. |

| Ancient Mark Layout |
![]() |
Ereshan is similar to other main DPS units where the priority of stats to increase are Critical Hit Rate and Critical Damage. Pierce and ATK can be interchanged depending on the setup and team composition that you have her with, but it's ok to have both or either one.
Her choice of Ancient Marks are also different since her kit synergizes more with the other 5-piece marks rather than a singular 10-piece. Tiger Might and Dragon Essence increase her damage output since they increase her Enhanced and Charged damage respectively.
Golden Branch and Rivers of Oblivion are used to increase both the buildup and damage of Erosion, especially since she relies much on the Elemental Anomaly proc. Lastly, Shining Star is used to increase the charge rate of her Ultimate to potentially get more uses of her Ultimate skill.
This Ancient Mark recommendation was made based on the assumption that all characters involved have the 5-star version of their weapons.

| Skill | Explanation |
|---|---|
| Withering Harvest | Upgrading this passive ability is important to increase the damage of Ereshan's Fated Strike I and II, which are frequently used in her combo. |
| Unfathomable Area | This skill triggers Ereshan's passive ability and deals significant damage once upgraded. |
| Shadow Blade | Ereshan's Combo skill helps trigger her passive ability more quickly while also dealing damage to enemies. |
| Bodement Shadow | Lower in upgrade priority but provides additional damage to multiple enemies over a wide area. |
| Spiral Slice | Upgrading this skill is unnecessary, as you need to activate Fated Strike after using it anyway. |
| Annihilation Sickle | Not necessary to upgrade; it’s better used for restoring her Vigor during combat. |
The skills listed here have been arranged in order of priority, with the topmost skill being highest priority.
The most important skill to upgrade for Ereshan is her passive ability, Withering Harvest, which increases the damage of Fated Strike I and II. You will mostly use these attacks to finish her combo. Meanwhile, other skills like Unfathomable Area and Shadow Blade can also help deal additional damage to enemies. You can upgrade other skills as well, but make sure to prioritize Withering Harvest.

Ereshan

Zero

Viola
|
Since Ereshan excels at handling elite enemies, this team focuses on quickly eliminating weaker foes. This allows her to maximize her damage output against tougher enemies while removing minor threats.
Ereshan will cast her first skill three times before switching to Zero to restore her Vigor and receive an ATK buff. After that, switch to Viola to set up her AoE attack to eliminate non-elite enemies. Swap Ereshan back to complete her combo and let her handle tougher enemies.
Once their ultimates are charged, you can queue them to unleash a short burst of high damage. If you have unlocked Zero's Talent 2, her ultimate should go first to provide a party-wide 10% damage resistance buff.
With various elemental alignments, this team can inflict three different Elemental Anomalies and trigger Elemental Overload.
| Character | Explanation |
|---|---|
Ming | Breaker Ming's second skill, Gleaming Light, envelops Ereshan in a flaming cloak that damages nearby enemies and explodes after its duration. |
Enki | Assist Enki's passive ability, Enki's First Law!, helps eliminate weaker enemies and reduces their damage resistance. |
Azi | Assist Azi works well with Ereshan through her passive, Tang Arts: Skillful Use, which reduces enemy damage resistance by 30% for 20 seconds. |
| Destruction (First Strike) |

Ereshan

Zero
|
Hephae
|
In this team, Ereshan must cast her first skill three times to charge her second skill, then switch to Zero for an ATK buff, followed by Hephae for her damage resistance buff and AoE attack. From there, Ereshan can complete her combo, capitalizing on the buffs provided by these two support characters.
When all ultimates are charged, use Zero's first to grant additional damage resistance to the team through her Talent 2.
Since these characters have different elemental alignments, you can potentially inflict three Elemental Anomalies simultaneously and trigger Elemental Overload.
| Strengths | |||
|---|---|---|---|
|
• Fairly mobile with her first skill. • Great against bosses and elite enemies. • Inflicts the Dark Elemental Anomaly "Corrosion," making enemies take extra damage equal to the damage your characters dealt during this state. |
|||
| Weaknesses | |||
|
• Relies on unlocking Talents and Potentials. • Low Vigor; requires you to switch characters or perform basic attacks to complete her combo. • Long combo sequence. |
Ereshan is a powerful DPS character specializing in taking down elite enemies and bosses but is weighed down by a long combo sequence and a heavy reliance on upgrades to reach her true potential. She also has only three Vigor points, requiring you to switch to another character to restore it or use basic attacks.
When using Ereshan, the top priority is charging up her second skill, Unfathomable Area. Since her Vigor is limited for completing her long combo sequence, it's better to switch to other characters mid-combo to provide buffs or set traps against enemies.
Make sure to pair Ereshan with characters that have long buff or attack durations to maximize her combo sequence.
Ereshan's first skill has a basic and an enhanced version, with the enhanced version triggering after casting the basic one. Cast it three times to accumulate 60 Phantom Shade points.
Unlocking her Talent 1 generates an additional 15 points for each Fated Strike (1st Skill) that hits a single enemy, allowing you to use fewer Fated Strikes to accumulate Phantom Shade points.
Since her Vigor will be exhausted after spamming her first skill, it's best to swap her with a character who can provide buffs, cast an AoE spell, or debuff enemies.
Once her Vigor is restored, swap her back in and cast her first skill (both basic and enhanced versions) twice to generate an additional 40 Phantom Shade points.
By accumulating 100 Shade points, you can finally cast her second skill, which deals damage over a wide area and marks the enemy with the highest HP. Ereshan will then deal an additional 10% damage to the marked enemy.
Using this skill activates Ereshan's passive, Withering Harvest, allowing her to use the enhanced version of her second skill (Fated Strike II) and cast Fated Strike four times.
After casting her second skill, your first skill will transform into its enhanced version, Fated Strike, which generates 35 Phantom Shade points per cast. Cast it three times to charge up her enhanced second skill.
Once you have acquired the necessary Phantom Shade points, you can cast her enhanced second skill, Fated Strike II.
Since you can cast Fated Strike four times once her passive is activated, use the remaining one to deal additional damage to enemies.
After rotating your characters and charging up their ultimates, queue them to unleash heavy damage against multiple enemies over a wide area.
| Combo |
|---|
| Spiral Slice & Fated Strike (Two Times) → Basic Attack Combo → Spiral Slice & Fated Strike → Basic Attack Combo → Spiral Slice & Fated Strike (Two Times) → Unfathomable Area → Fated Strike (Three Times) → Fated Strike II → Fated Strike → Switch Character |
The focus of this combo is to complete Ereshan's combo without switching to another character. Since she only has three points of Vigor, you must restore it by executing her basic attack combo twice. This allows you to cast Spiral Slice and Fated Strike five times to generate the necessary Phantom Shade points to use her second skill and activate her passive ability, Withering Harvest.
| Combo |
|---|
| Initiate Ereshan's Combo Burst State → Fated Strike (Five Times) → Unfathomable Area → Fated Strike (Three Times) → Fated Strike II → Fated Strike → Switch Character |
The priority of this combo is to fill up the Combo Gauge and activate Ereshan's Burst State, which automatically cast her second skill, Unfathomable Area. This allows you to quickly generate the necessary Phantom Shade points to complete her combo.
| Potential | Explanation |
|---|---|
| P3 | Unlocking this Potential creates a shadow that attacks in sync with Ereshan's Fated Strike and Fated Strike II. |
| P4 | The shadow created by Fated Strike will also generate 15 additional Phantom Shade points. With this, you only need to cast Fated Strike three times to charge her second skill. |
| P5 | Upgrades Ereshan's first skill by making it deal 150% more damage, plus a damage upgrade for the shadow that Ereshan gets in her P3. |
Some potentials were removed due to only being useful for Skill Enhancement or are still being assessed.
