When this skill is fully upgraded the effect is a little less than having two Greater Green Mutagens with max bonuses. The benefit of this skill is also a little more than having one Greater Green Mutagen with max bonuses complimented by the Synergy skill.
Conclusion
If you are planning a build that revolves around you having a ton of HP, then you should get this skill. The effect of this skill can greatly help your survivability early in the game since it requires little investment to get.
