The first purple 10 coin is located a little bit further from the start of the course. You will encounter blue mushroom platforms with a Big Fire Piranha on top. You can ignore this enemy or kill it. Touch the green flowers on the area to raise the blue mushroom platforms.
Enter the red pipe on top once the platform is high enough and you will see the purple 10 coin inside.
The second purple 10 coin can be spotted on top of the blue mushroom platform and red pipe that lets you proceed to the next area.
Simply proceed further into the course until you see a green flower. Touch it and it'll raise the blue mushroom platform so you can reach the coin.
Make sure to stand on the platform first before it ascends to the top or you will not be able to get the coin.
Touch the Green Flowers that Appear
There are green flowers that you can touch during the Wonder Effect which will lead towards the coin!
Get the Purple 10 Coin Even Without the Wonder Effect
If you haven't picked up the Wonder Flower, the pumpkin won't be bouncing up. However, by picking up the nearby green flowers, the pumpkin will fall and will eventually bounce once which you can use to get the coin!
Wall Bounce and Use the Drill Mushroom to Get to the Coin
You can also use the Drill Mushroom if you have it and use it to drill into the ceiling so you can get to the coin's platform!
Taily's Toxic Pond Purple 10 Coins |

|
Not far from the starting point, you'll encounter a talking flower on the ceiling that will say 'Hello!'. To the right of it is a green bud that you need to touch to spawn the Purple Coin below.
If you have the All Drill Power badge, you can easily get this coin by digging up then moving into the bud's position.
Progress a bit from the first coin, until you find the green pipe on the ceiling above a tall mushroom. It might be hard to see it so make sure to jump when you can't see the ceilings!
Inside the next area, swing using the Tailies to the next platform to get the coin.
The red pipe at the rigthmost part of the level leads to the goal area. Before going into that, look for the horizontal pipe just before it and go in there first.
Inside the next area, swing to the mushrooms at the other side to get the coin.
Light-Switch Mansion Purple 10 Coins |
---|
|
You can find the first Purple Coin not far from the starting point. It is above some ghost blocks, so hit the nearby switch to show the blocks that you can jump on.
You'll spot the second Purple Coin over some platforms in the background area. To get there, hit the enemy door in the game area then enter it.
In the background area, hit the switch to show the blocks that you can jump on to get the coin.
In the area where there are a lot of moving ghost blocks, you'll find the third coin near some Boos. Hit the switch to show the moving blocks, then jump towards the coin, making sure not to hit the two Boos guarding it.
Beware of the Rifts Purple 10 Coins |
---|
|
When you encounter the first floating green flower, touch it to spawn another green flower. Then, touch that green flower to create a couple of ? Blocks. Hit these blocks to reveal the coin!
Get on top of the blocks that you hit, then jump towards the coin to get it.
Past the checkpoint, you'll find a lone ? Block above some red pipes. Jump up to hit it (make sure to avoid the rifts moving near it), making a beanstalk that you can climb appear.
Climbing to the next area, you'll find a couple of brick blocks. Hit the hidden invisible block between these two to make the Purple 10 Coin appear.
As you exit the area where the second coin is, you'll find a floating brick block and ? block beside each other.
Hitting the ? Block will spawn the Purple 10 Coin from above, while hitting the brick block will spawn a pipe underneath where the coin will fall.
Hit the brick block many times first; this will spawn multiple pipes, which you'll need to catch the coin. Hitting the ? block without spawning the pipes first will make the coin fall into the gap, unable to be collected.
An Uncharted Area: Wubba Ruins Purple 10 Coins |

In the rightmost part of the second area, you should easily find the first Purple 10 coin below a Konk enemy (the box enemies that try to crush you when you go under/over them).
Go below the Konk, then dodge as it goes down so you don't get hit. After the bricks got crushed, go down to collect the coin.
Going up from the first coin, you'll find a horizontal red pipe under some slime. Enter it to find an area with a bunch of Wubbas. Defeat all of them (you'll see how much you still need to defeat at the top of the screen) to make the coin appear.
After turning into a slime because of the Wonder Flower, just go through the sequence. It's hard to miss the coin; just make sure to stick to the ceilings as you progress.

Just before the second door, you'll find a green flower on the ground. Touch it to spawn some coins, including the Purple 10 Coin at the bottom. It will be sinking and rising in the swamp, so wait for it to rise then collect it.
Just before the third door, you'll find a spike enemy swaying back and forth over some spikes, and the second coin along the way. Hop towards the coin with the correct timing so that you fall over the enemy's head, then jump towards the platform again so you don't fall into the spikes.
Progressing a bit after the second coin, you'll find a long row of spike enemies swaying back and forth together. You'll spot the third coin in a tiny area to the left of the enemies. Wait for the spike enemies to sway to the right, then quickly enter through the opening to collect the coin.

You can only get the third purple 10 coin when you've activated the Wonder Effect. Simple proceed through the course and ignore the flagpole.
On the way, you'll see five blocks above and 5 green flowers. The last purple 10 coin is located underneath the middle platform where one of the green flowers is located. Simply get to the coin by crawling under the middle platform using your slime form in Wonder Effect.
