Purchase for 100 Flower Coins from Poplin Shop after clearing the game

To obtain the All Bubble Power Badge, players need to Purchase for 100 Flower Coins from Poplin Shop after clearing the game.

Once you unlock the All Bubble Power Badge, you can now equip it before entering Courses to make use of its effects!
