Get the Drill Mushroom and Bubble Flower
The starting floor you'll be in will offer you Power Ups. It's recommended to get the Drill Mushroom and the Bubble Flower to help you in the following sections of the course.
1st Floor: Flip the Switch to Turn on the Lights
Pulling the String Moves the LIghts
The first floor is filled with Boos. Boos disappear when exposed to light, so you should hit the switch to turn on the lights. Lure the Boos towards the light by turning your back to them, but pulling the strings to move the lights and bring them to the Boos is a more efficient method.
2nd Floor: Pull the Tailies' Vines
Transform into your Drill Form to Prevent Spike Balls from Hitting You
The 2nd floor has Tailies that drop spikes balls, and can be defeated by pulling their vines by holding the Y button while approaching them.
Being in your Drill Form prevents the spike balls from hitting you as they fall down, since the Tailies release spike balls straight down.
3rd Floor: Step on the Door Enemies and Open Them Once They're Dizzy
These enemies disguised as doors will show their true form once you're near them. Step on them and open their doors to eliminate them.
4th Floor: Defeat Wubbas with Bubbles
This floor has Wubbas, which are slime enemies. The bubbles you produce while in Bubble Form can go through walls, making it easier to capture and eliminate the Wubbas.
If you don't have a Bubble Flower, Wubbas can be eliminated by stepping on their heads.

1. Finish the Course
The Wonder Seed is inside the chest at the end of the course, and can be received once you clear the course!

Finish the Course Within 90 Seconds or Less

Finishing the course within 90 seconds or less will get you all three Purple 10 Coins! If you finished the course in 200 seconds, you'll only get 1 Purple 10 Coin.
