Access Via the Flower Icon in Each World

You can access the Special World when you see a circle with a flower icon on each of the world you visit.

Upon reaching the Special World, you will then see a course based around the theme of the world you're currently in, waiting for you to take its challenge. Complete the course in order to access the hub area of the Special World.
