You can access Operation Poplin Rescue once you finish A Final Uncharted Area: Poison Ruins in World 5.

After taking the Wonder Flower and making it to the end of the level, the Poplins you rescued will give you the Royal Seed for that world, signifying your completion of the Fungi Mines!

After finishing the Wonder Effect and finding the missing Poplin Miners, they will give you a Royal Seed as thanks for rescuing them.

After clearing the stage for the first time, enter the course again, and this time when you reach the Poplins, they will reveal a Secret Path leading to the Special World!
